Property management platform Apaleo has created Agent Hub, a marketplace
of artificial intelligence agents meant for the hospitality sector.
The company said Agent Hub is meant to help hoteliers and
tech developers share, adopt, discover and build solutions based on AI that can
help to streamline operations, improve profitability and improve guest
experiences.
“For too long, hospitality has been trapped in
outdated, closed software systems that stifle innovation,” said Ulrich Pillau,
CEO of Apaleo. “The future is open, flexible, and driven by real business
needs.”

The idea is that by using Agent Hub, hoteliers
can easily select, customize and implement agents quickly and without being
tied to a vendor.
“Agent Hub is the next step in Apaleo’s evolution — an open,
collaborative space where hoteliers can create impactful AI solutions as easily
as tech-savvy developers can,” Pillau said. “By enabling accommodation providers
to integrate and scale AI effortlessly, Apaleo is making this technology more
practical and accessible for hospitality businesses everywhere.”
At its launch, the marketplace has several agent tools,
including an “Email Booking Agent” created in collaboration with Lobby and a
“Corporate Sales Agent” and “Digital Twin Agent,” both made with
technology partner Triple. TheNew Group created a “CRM & Guest Experience Agent,” which replaces a traditional customer relationship
management solution.
Hospitality professionals are facing increasing pressure to
keep up with the rapid pace of AI innovation,” said Florian Montag, vice
president of business development at Apaleo. “This technology is being deployed
at scale across all other industries, so it is important that hospitality also
explores how to unlock AI’s full potential. The truth is, no-one knows what AI
will be capable of a few years from now. That’s why it’s so important for
businesses to stay adaptable – equipping themselves with open solutions that
evolve and flex with their needs.”
Apaleo announced growth equity funding of €20 million last November, and in 2023 it topped
off its Series A round raising €9 million.
